Kitebrook Preparatory School is a co-educational school for ages 3–13, Kitebrook Preparatory School is an independent co-educational 3–13 preparatory school, set in the Cotswolds, offering weekly and flexi-boarding in the context of a strong rural philosophy, which is dedicated to nurturing each child as an individual.

Personal Assistant (PA) to the Headmistress

The school seeks an experienced PA with excellent communication and strong organisational skills to assist the Headmistress in a manner conducive to the successful day-to-day running of the school. The role also requires leadership of the Office Administrator, and management of the systems used in the Main Office and Reception areas. Possibly educated to degree level, and with excellent written and spoken English, the successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years' previous PA experience. Proficiency in school database management as well as knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures are desirable.

Owing to its rural location, it is likely that you will need your own transport. This role is on-site (no remote working). Normal working hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm during term time, plus additional weeks during school holidays as determined by the Headmistress. There may be occasional additional hours or hours on a Saturday to meet the needs of the school.
