Data Protection

Prep Schools Trust is committed to complying with its data protection obligations, and to being concise, clear and transparent about how it obtains and uses personal information relating to the Trust and school community, including pupils, parents and staff.

Prep Schools Trust is the data controller. This means the Trust is the organisation that is responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal information about you.

Our policies and notices are intended to be written on behalf of all the schools in the Trust i.e. Barfield, Chandlings Prep, Cothill House, Kitebrook and Mowden Hall.

The Trust has appointed Jo Fitzroy-Ezzy as Data Compliance Lead and the person with overall responsibility for data protection compliance. All data subjects have certain rights under Data Protection Law, including a right to be given access to data held about them by a data controller. Other rights will be dependent on the nature of the information given and are more fully explained in the privacy notices below.
