Charity fundraising is not just about raising money for good causes; it can make a real difference to our children too. Fundraising here at Kitebrook teaches children the value of caring for others, instilling a sense of ‘togetherness’ to create a positive and productive atmosphere. Thinking about others and doing something for their benefit, is a major part of our school fundraising aims. As a school that prides itself not only on academic success, the resulting ethos in collaboration and empathy aids our community spirit.

We actively encourage the children to become involved in fundraising activities, both locally and internationally, through this the children grow in confidence to come forward with their own ideas, seeing them through to fruition with determination, planning, negotiation, hard work and risk taking; all part of our growth mindset. The children in turn experience success and real pride in the difference they make to others.

As a school we have been committed to supporting our local community through collecting donations for North Cotswold Food Bank and North Cotswold Community Awareness.
